Angel 101
A 6-week class focusing on connecting with your angels through
manifestation, intention, judgment, discernment, and releasing
fears! We will do exercises that will teach you how to understand
the guidance you receive and how to listen to the loving messages
you receive daily from spirit. This class will help you become
more aware of the gifts that we all have within us and help
you to find your own personal truth. Class Fee is $88
Angel 102
A 6-week class working with automatic writing, healing energy,
meditation, angel card readings, and finding your purpose!
Angel 101 required. This class is much more experiential.
We will do several activities each week that will incorporate
the things you learned in Angel 101. This class will help
you validate those experiences that you are having, but maybe
aren't trusting completely! Class Fee is $88
Angel Classes for Kids
They will learn who their angels are and how to listen to
them. We will do a meditation and some exercises for enhancing
the ability that everyone already has, especially children!

REIKI Level I & II Certification Training
The Japanese word for Reiki is translated in English as “Universal
Life Force/Energy”. It is the creative energy of life
that is in everything around us. It is our connectedness to
our source. By bringing harmony to all areas of our life;
Reiki is a natural means of healing. Learn to use this ancient
hands-on healing technique and reconnect with the Universal
Life Force for healing the physical, mental, emotional and
spiritual bodies. In this class you will learn the simple
method of healing oneself as well as others. In the second
degree level you will learn 3 Reiki symbols and their usage.
This class will bring clarity to your mental and emotional
bodies. You will receive a certification for Level I &
II at the completion of this class. Class Fee is $175
REIKI III Master / Teacher Certification
Training
Continue your journey of Reiki and your connection with the
Universal Life Force. You will continue your healing and learn
the 4th healing symbol and its usage. This class will also
include the teaching of the attunement process. The class
is open to anyone who has completed a 2nd degree Reiki level.
This class is the 3rd and final level before attaining the
Reiki Master/Teacher Level. $175
Upon completion of your one on one work with me you will
receive a Master/Teacher certification.
Communicating with your Angels
The Angels will pick a different topic each week for me to
share with you. Some class topics might be:
Divine Guidance – How do your Angels communicate
with you?
Manifestation – Learn how to create what you want
in your life with the help of your Angels.
The Archangels – Learn how to use the Archangels
in your everyday life to help you with anything from parking
places to jobs to relationships and even dis-ease.
Chakras- Learn how to listen to your body by asking for
guidance from your Angels.
Automatic Writing – Communicate with your angels

The Archangels, the Chakras, and the Seven
Rays of Enlightenment
Learn how to work with the Archangels to bring healing, divine
love, protection, purity, divine wisdom and peace into your
life. Discover how the Seven Rays are connected to your chakras
and find out how creating a balance within yourself can help
you on your spiritual journey.
Receiving Divine Guidance and Healing
The first step in the healing process is understanding how you receive your divine guidance. Angel Card Readings Class
Learn how Angel Cards can help you communicate with your Angels and receive guidance for healing many aspects of your life. I will demonstrate particular angel card “spreads” dealing with healing, abundance, and life purpose. Some participants may choose to volunteer for an Angel Reading by me during demonstrations for the entire class.

In this 30 minute mini class you will learn about Divine Guidance – How your Angels communicate with you. We receive "gut" feelings or vibes everyday...learn how to discern the difference between messages from spirit and messages in your head...You will also learn how to start connecting with your angels through your own personal Angel Reading. After the class each person will receive a personal Angel Reading from Sunny.
An Angel reading facilitates communication with your Angels. Their messages are always loving and positive, offering you guidance, inspiration, comfort, and hope. The Angel cards (sometimes used in the reading) confirm in a physical way the messages your Angels have been communicating to you. An angel reading gives you guidance, comfort and support and is always of love! It is a great way to get validation on feelings, intuitions and emotions that are going on in your present day human experience.

Sunny will be offering a weekend workshop on the concepts and applications based on the book "You Can Heal Your Life". You will also be exploring many other healing techniques that help you get to the bottom of the issues that seem to hold you back. This will be a "hands-on" workshop using the tools that have been taught through out many of Sunny’s classes. It will be a very interesting, educational, playful, eye opening, healing, emotional & FUN weekend! We do ask as a pre-requisite for this workshop that you have attended a class or are familiar with the concepts presented within the "You Can Heal Your Life" book written by Louise Hay. Each week you will be able to dial in and talk with Sunny and the other members in your "class" about what you have experienced for the previous week doing the work in the book. If you are unable to call in for the class hour; you have up to the next day of "class" to call and listen to a recording of what you missed. Mediumship Workshop
Would you like to learn more about how to connect with the Spirit World? Have you had an experience that you do not quite understand? The Four Agreements
This is a workshop based on the best selling book, "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz.
Join Sunny for this four-week series is for anyone who wants to simplify their life and master the art of living in our natural state: happiness. Based on the teachings of Don Miguel Ruiz, life can be broken down into a simple yet powerful code of conduct for attaining person freedom and true happiness. In this class we will go over this code, which is broken down into 4 Agreements. After examining and discussing these we will go over specific ways to apply each one to our lives. We will also look at the challenges that we might face and how to overcome these challenges.
Chakra's - The 7 energy centers in the body
Chakras are subtle centers in the body that receive process and transmit energies. They are an important part of our complex energy field. The chakra system holds important keys to our health and well being on all levels. In Peru, the chakras are known as ojos de luz or eyes of light. These eyes are truly windows to the soul. Each Chakra is represented by 7 colors of the rainbow. In this class you will learn the basic information about the chakra system, do chakra clearing meditations and exercises, and learn to be aware of any issues in each energy center. Our focus will be on building awareness through hands on exercises. Please come and join us for this amazing insight to the colors of the rainbow that reside within each and every one of us.
Intensive Healing class
For those of you that have already begun your journey, perhaps taken other healing classes, and are ready and willing to do the work in order to move forward, this class is for you! In this a very intense deep healing class, be prepared to participate and be challenged to get out of your comfort zone. As in life the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it. There will be a variety of hands on self-exploratory exercises done in groups and individually. Be ready to commit to 10 weeks of inner spiritual healing and growth. The Process of Soul Transition
Join Sunny for an incredible class as she guides you through her understanding of a soul's journey to the other side. She will begin by exploring the final stage of a souls physical existence; covering expected deaths and sudden deaths. Next, she will explore that actual transition stage; what happens when a soul leaves the body. She will then discuss how we can make these souls a part of our daily physical lives. We have all had loved ones who have crossed over and eventually we will do the same... this is a great opportunity to understand and perhaps feel more comfortable with the process. If you have lost someone recently, are in the process of having a family member transition, or feel a need to understand more about the transition process....this class will be very informative and healing for you. In this class, you will also walk through a journey that we will all face one day.
Love and Accept Your Body
Working with women of all shapes and sizes for many years
has taught me that you can be any size and hate your body,
and you can be any size and accept your body. You can also
be any size and be vulnerable to the judgments made about
you based on your body's appearance. As a teenager growing
up 60 + pounds more than “average” I have had many
of my own body image issues to deal with. Through years and
years of healing, learning, understanding, growing….and
finally accepting, I have learned to love the skin I live
in. It has been a hard road at times, yet, there has been
so much value in the experiences. I am grateful for my body
and I appreciate it daily. Now, my body hears gratitude and
appreciation, and it responds to me in a loving away. If you
struggle with your body image, whatever form that takes for
you, I would like to invite you to join us for this 3-week
class on loving yourself, loving your body, and accepting

Forgiveness: The first step in healing
In order heal anything in our lives, we must be able to understand the forgiveness process. This is a two week Beginning class on forgiveness. Who do you need to forgive? yourself, family, friends, associates, ..etc. In this class, Sunny will help create the awareness in you as to why they were in your lives, what power you have given the situation, and how you can start to move from a place of anger, resentment, fear and guilt, into a place of love, appreciation, joy and peace. This is a FIRST Step. This will be an introduction to releasing the fear and finally FORGIVING whoever or whatever it is the holds you back!

Everyone is invited to share in an informal setting where
everyone is welcome. All in attendance receives an opportunity
to ask a personal or general question in a safe and supportive
environment and receive a personal answer from Sunny. Come
and receive some answers and perhaps some direction! We will
actually get started at 7pm, but you are encouraged to get
here at 6:30 to get a seat and perhaps do a little socializing
first : )
Creating your Hearts desire
Now is the time for you to manifest Your Heart's Desire. What is it your heart truly desires? Do you know? This class will help you to find Your Heart's Desire. Sunny will discuss with you several different ways for you to achieve Your Heart's Desire and will guide the class in the creation of an alchemy box. Alchemy means transformation; and by claiming your Heart's Desire you are transforming your thoughts into reality (manifestation). Manifestation is the process by which all things are created. In order to manifest what it is you want in your life, you need to know it, see it, and feel it...
By putting your heart's desire in the hands of the Universe you are allowing faith to take over. Your dreams and desires are powerful because they come from your true self. When you believe what you conceive you can achieve!
Are you an Earth Angel?
If you feel different from other people, as if you were dropped off on this planet and you're wondering when someone's coming to take you home, then you may be an Earth Angel.
